- Incoming check at the cultivation partner: Before a batch is even transported to us, our partner takes a sample and sends it to an independent, accredited laboratory. The result – the so-called Certificate of Analysis (COA) – must be available to us before we approve acceptance.
- Spot check at Dampf21: Upon receipt, we take new samples from each delivery for an in-house check. This ensures that transport and storage have not impaired the quality. Moisture, appearance, and odor are measured.
- Continuous follow-up control: Older batches are regularly re-examined. Products that fall below our internal limits – for example, because the moisture has fallen below 55% – are removed from the assortment, not sold out.

As a customer, where do I get information about the origin of my flowers?
On each product page, we indicate the country of cultivation and the method. COAs can be requested at any time via email or our contact form. We usually respond within 24 hours.
Are your labs independent or in-house?
The COAs of our cultivation partners come exclusively from accredited third-party laboratories – no in-house testing, no conflict of interest. Our internal spot checks complement this but do not replace the independent lab test.
What happens if a batch fails the quality test?
Simple: It does not go on sale. We return batches that do not meet our internal standards to the supplier or dispose of them properly. No product leaves our warehouse without passing a quality inspection.
Do you also offer organically grown flowers?
